Red Dead Redemption (Overview) Spoiler alert!!!

Ok Red Dead Redemption is a fucking awesome game and i would definatly recommend it as a top buy, It is so worth every penny.


First off we are going to start off with a brief introduction of Red Dead Redemption;


John Marston is a reformed outlaw in America in 1911. When federal agents threaten his family, Marston is sent across the American West to help uphold the law. He must kill or capture his former gang members, including his old friend and gang partner Bill Williamson, or his family will pay the ultimate price.
Along the way through frontier towns, deserts, prairies, and mountain passes, Marston is given work as he explores the free-roaming sandbox environments. The game features thirty-six species of animals that can be hunted, including cattle, bears, rattlesnakes, wolves, vultures, bighorn sheep, owls, cougars, buffalo, and more.



The People;


John Marston:
This man is the bomb, the big man, he is you. He was born in 1873. His father was an illiterate Scottish immigrant and his mother was a prostitute who died during childbirth. John's father was blinded in both eyes during a bar fight in Chicago. In 1881, John's father died of unknown causes, thought to be through drink. John was only 8 years old at the time and was sent to an orphanage where he lived most of his life up to the age of 17 and where he met his future wife, Abigail, with whom he promptly ran away. Both later joined Dutch van der Linde's gang, where Dutch took care of John, teaching him how to read, shoot and the ways of the West.


Bonnie MacFarlane:
Bonnie is the 27-year-old daughter of Drew MacFarlane, the owner of MacFarlane's Ranch and has spent her whole life working on the ranch with her father. She had six brothers, but five of them died from either illness or foolish choices. Her sole surviving brother moved to New York, where he is employed as a banker. With the majority of her generation deceased and the only other survivor deserting the family, Bonnie felt it was up to her to become the "man" of their family's Ranch.


Bill Williamson:
Well nothing much is known about Bill but here is the best i can do, Van der Linde was the leader of the infamous Dutch's Gang, which once operated in West Elizabeth. Gang members included John Marston, Abigail Marston, Bill Williamson, and Javier Escuella. Once an altruistic rogue, Dutch gradually descended into madness, which causes the disillusionment of the other members.


Well what can i say, this is my first arctical, these will get better. Remember this is a BRIEF overview on the game, more detail will be included in the single player mode review.
